What are your shipping, delivery, and return policies?
Free shipping is available on consumer orders over $99. (excludes AK, HI, and PR, Continental US only). Once an order is received, it may take up to 2-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped, pending inventory availability. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped. Standard shipping: USPS Priority Mail for flat rate of $10.00 for 2-3 business days from ship date, based on delivery destination. If your order is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier. RETURNS We accept returns for any unopened and unused product within thirty (30) days of purchase and require preauthorization. We are unable to accept returns for any refrigerated items. When you receive your item, you must check it as soon as possible following receipt and always before use. Any claims of shortage or damage must be made within seven (7) days of receiving package. You must inform our customer service team of your order number, the item you are returning and the reason for return. We will confirm the address you need to return the item to. Please package the item securely and include inside the package your order number, name, and address. You are responsible for the return postage. If you request a replacement and the product is no longer available, we will process the refund back to the original method of payment used to purchase the item. Any item you return is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse and we shall not be liable for any loss, damage or costs incurred by you in the event your return is lost in transit. How should I store my products?
Some Quicksilver Scientific and Genestra HMF Probiotics are heat sensitive products. They are stable at room temperature for 5-7 days with no damage to the product. Heat sensitive products are stored in the freezer prior to shipment and are shipped with an ice pack. If your package arrives and the ice pack is not cold, the product still works. We include cold packs to keep the product cool during transit, however, thawing of the cold pack will occur. Please refrigerate all heat sensitive products immediately upon receipt. Quicksilver Scientific Heat Sensitive Products include: CoQ10, Dr. Shade’s The One, Glutathione, Glutathione Complex, Membrane Mend, NAD+ Gold, NAD+ Platinum, Pure PC, and Vitamin C with R-Lipoic Acid. In addition, Vitamin C, Vitamin C+ Elderberry, Immune Charge+, Immune Charge+ Shots, and Quinton Liters should be refrigerated upon opening. Genestra Heat Sensitive Products include: All HMF probiotics that are not shelf-stable. We do not accept returns for any heat sensitive products.
